The 2nd International Conference on Data Management and Computer Science (ICDMCS 2026) was originally scheduled to be held in Guangzhou, China from July 17 to 19, 2026.
In today's data-driven era, big data and digital management have become key factors in promoting organizational change, optimizing decision-making processes and enhancing competitiveness. With the rapid development of information technology and the acceleration of digital transformation, enterprises and organizations are confronted with the challenge of how to effectively manage and utilize massive amounts of data to support their business goals. Big data not only involves the collection and storage of data, but more importantly, it is about how to reveal valuable information through data analysis, guide strategic directions, optimize operational processes, enhance customer experience, and ultimately achieve value creation.

"Data Management and Computer Science" was chosen as the conference theme, aiming to focus on the latest theoretical research, technological advancements, practical cases and future trends in this interdisciplinary field. The research directions explored in this topic cover multiple aspects including the collection, processing, analysis and application of big data, the practice of digital technology in organizational management and operation, as well as the adaptive changes in organization, human resources and culture during the process of digital transformation. In addition, the conference also focused on the ethical, privacy, security and governance issues brought about by big data and digitalization, aiming to provide a platform for academia, industry and policymakers to exchange and explore how to successfully utilize big data in the digital age.
By bringing together experts, scholars, industry leaders and policymakers from around the world in this field, this conference aims to promote the sharing of knowledge, the collision of ideas and the initiation of cooperation, drive the in-depth development of data management and computer science research, and help organizations address the challenges brought about by digital transformation and seize the opportunities arising therefrom.
